Purchased new car in March 2017 - had minor problem at delivery but once I drove off dealer promises to correct problem were not kept and my messages went unanswered - went to dealer who passed buck to Sales for delivering car with defect - neither service or sales managers return calls - have complained to Subaru Customer Care but they have not done anything to help so far - I have asked dealer and customer care for owner contact information but apparently this is top secret info - looks like dealer response is ok with Subaru. Don't fall for Subaru's slick advertising - read customer reviews instead. If you purchase a Subaru from Subaru of Morristown you will surely regret it.
